Ms Catherine Chua is a Senior Trainer specializing in Project Management, Professional Image Branding, Leadership & Communication and Oil & Gas Engineering Technical Training. She is currently working as an Pipeline Manager in one of the reputable Oil & Gas company in Malaysia. She graduated with B.Eng. (Hons) in Civil Engineering from University of Leeds, UK and has more than 20 years of working experience in the Oil & Gas industry, mainly in project management.  In 2020, she has been appointed as one of the industry expert for the engineering faculty in Monash University, Malaysia.

She is a Certified Trainer of Human Resource Development Body of Malaysia. She conducts Oil & Gas Pipeline Technical Training, Project Management, Leadership & Communications, Image branding and Executive Coaching locally and internationally. She is also an invited speaker of few local universities, MENSA Malaysia and International Corporations.

Ms Catherine is also a Certified Professional Coach. She used to work as a Corporate Coach in an International MLM Company. Her responsibility was to coach the top management to bring the business to a higher level and to conduct soft skill training for the organization.

She is also a licensed Directive Communication “Brain Master Psychology” Trainer & Emotional Intelligence Practitioner. She has conducted Directive Communication & Emotional Intelligence training for various companies locally and internationally, to improve the organization team work, culture change, leadership skills and stress management etc.

Today, she trains a wide range of engineering, management and communication programs owing to her wide exposure to various industries, locally & Internationally. She has been engaged to conduct training in Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Jakarta, UK, France, Maldive & UAE. Ms. Catherine is passionate in inspiring lives and transforming people. Because of the dedication, she is well known for her highly-charged, energetic and fun training sessions.
